  1. While I have parachuted out of an airplane and run several marathons, I’m more of a moderation person. Develop good habits, stick to ’em. Proper diet; exercise 5 times a week; 8 hours of sleep each night; meditate and express gratitude daily, get in my garden and/or think about/take photos of it regularly; and wish people a “Snazzy Birthday” … these are amongst the habits I try and hold myself to to be a consistently healthy and well-rounded person.

    I reserve most of the excitement and creativity for campaigns at work.
