My go-to breakfast varies by season. In the winter, I like an English muffin with peanut butter and jam, with a banana on the side. In the summer, I usually have some yogurt topped with some chopped up fresh fruit and peanut butter. And then sometimes I’ll eat a bowl of granola during the transition between the two during the spring or fall.
Weekdays: I like to warm up a banana or two and mix in some peanut butter and yogurt. YUM!
Weekends: Same as above, only replace the yogurt with oatmeal and some brown sugar.

I usually just have a cup of coffee. I rarely eat my first meal of the day before 1 PM because of acid reflux caused by a hiatal hernia.
