Yes. I give to a mental health cause, a seed-saving organization, a couple of independent news sources, some advocacy organizations, and a few candidates who share my values. I am also pondering giving to a needs-based scholarship fund.
I don’t consider these acts of charity (even though they, in most cases, qualify as such). I give to advance social and environmental justice.
