I’m not sure I can isolate a specific odor, but I will say that in general, a kitchen full of cooking food hits me right in the feels.
I love the smell of tomato plants/leaves after a rainstorm.
I have 3:
Cinnamon
Sandalwood
Bacon
I don’t think I can choose one favorite smell. Fresh baked bread, stargazer lilies, fresh cut grass, clove studded oranges, and the smell of warm, moist earth in my garden are just a few scents that I love.
