Soda Or Pop?

I have a Soda Stream water spritzer, so it’s changed my wording from “pop” to “soda.”
It’s soda on the west coast. If someone refers to it as “pop” we don’t understand, lol!
I grew up (in the Midwest) saying pop. After living in Boston for nearly three decades, however, I have transitioned to saying soda.
I haven’t quite picked up the habit of saying ‘bubbler’ instead of ‘water fountain’, though.
