When it comes to questions, are you more comfortable asking them or answering them? Is one more important than the other?

As part of the Intellectual Roundtable team, I am obviously comfortable asking questions. That said, in my work world (I am a housing justice advocate), answering questions from policymakers and allies is more how I roll.
Of course I am going to select “ask questions”. While I think both are necessary, I also think asking is in short supply.
