What Book Do You Mean To Read, But Haven’t?

Maybe you don’t read, but you would like to. Perhaps there is one classic book that you’ve always meant to read but never have. Or a recommendation from a friend that you just can’t get into.

Share why if you wish.

  1. I have an admission to make. I have not read Howard Zinn’s “A People’s History of the United States” in totality. I’ve read the first third of the book at least five times, but I’ve never been able to power my way through. This will change.

  2. I still haven’t finished Evicted. I deal with it all day at work, so I’m not motivated to read more when I get home.

  3. The Monastery of the Heart by Joan Chittister. The subtitle is “An Invitation to a Meaningful Life.” I’m on page 133 – more than half done. Made some good progress today while at the blood bank.
