I eat meat every day. It isn’t a conscious decision to eat meat, but I do make a conscious decision about what kind of meat (less beef, mostly sustainable fish and locally raised poultry) and how much I consume (3-5 ounces per day as opposed to the 8-9 ounces that is typical of the American diet). Still, I love my veg and I often prepare 2-3 different vegetable dishes to go with my meat dish.
