People make my day all this time. I have to make a point of thanking them for this.
– Kris sent me a podcast that reminded her of me and the way I talk about political change, gardening, and expressing gratitude.
– Julia suggested I write a book of essays on morality and politics.
– As we talked about our love of gardening, Peter shared that his tomatoes were still green as well.
– Lee, as he always does, greeted me with his regular gleeful “Michael!” as his arms flailed with joy that we connected for yet another chat.
– Rebecca regularly gives me advice for handling conversations better than I sometimes do.
– Tom replies to someone’s entry for Intellectual Roundtable, trying to get a conversation going.
– A few friends listened to my weekend YouTube concerts and gave a “thumbs up” on Facebook of the songs they liked. Some even offered their own suggestions.
Again, people make my day all this time. I have to make a point of thanking them for this.
You just made my day, Michael. Thanks!
