My spouse, Rebecca, makes homemade ice cream once a week during the summer. We invite a couple of people over to our house for a conversation and the tasty treat she’s made.
I have to cheat; so much of what she makes is great. My TWO favorites are her chocolate peanut butter ice cream with chopped peanut butter cups mixed in and her amazing cheesecake ice cream.
I am a lucky guy!
I don’t much care for ice cream, but I do have two favorites.
My homemade beet and berry sorbet and bubblegum….but only the blue one……and without gum, or gum flavored candy in it. I’d say I have an eclectic palate
