Other than the last item, I’m kind of boring: my weight, amount of sleep I get nightly, blood pressure (periodically), daily servings of fruits and vegetables, weight training data, quarterly progress on annual goals for the roles I play in life.
Progress of the garden i.e. growth, production weight.
Height of my kids; my 14 year old son just hit 6’1″ 😲
