Just before the shutdown happened in Minnesota, I bought a number of books I wanted to read if I had a bit more time. Unfortunately, that extra time did not appear. In fact, working at home seems to consume more time and more availability in my line of work. And so, I’ve not learned anything new on a personal front. I have, and always do, learn a ton about politics as a part of my job. Some of it is awe-inspiring, some … oh well, it’s politics.
