For me, that is an easy call. I’m not sure it counts as a vacation (how many 10-week vacations have you taken?), but I would have to say my cross-country bicycle trip.
Rebecca and I traveled to Greece in 2019. Sandwiched between two brief stays in Athens, we spent most of our time on the beautiful islands of Sifnos, Milos, and Naxos. The food tasted delicious, the people showed us warmth, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. I also loved our walks on the towns’ winding pedestrian walkways. Oh, and there was the ability to simply escape what else was going on in this troubled world of ours. Very relaxing.
