Look Back Or Look Ahead?

With January 1st just around the corner, are you more likely to look back and review the year that is ending, or look ahead to what the new year might bring?

Share why if you wish.

Look Back Or Look Ahead?

  1. Each year around Thanksgiving, I start to take stock of the year that’s near an end. I see what I’ve accomplished and what needs improving. I then try to develop habits (or continue those that are working) to feel like I’m entering the new year with solid experience, demonstrating I can keep up the good work. For example, if I needed to start exercising (which I don’t), I’d consider joining a gym in late November. That way, New Year’s Day can become an achievable goal for habit development and a springboard for continued commitment
