When you garden, which do you enjoy more: the beginning of the process when you plant, or toward the end when you harvest?

Even though this is the season of planting, I’m going to choose ‘harvest’. I love a fresh vegetable or fruit.
If it’s a long-term hobby or calling, gardening is a cyclical process. I try to find joy in it throughout the year. That said, I cannot deny the huge smile as I harvest the fruits of my labor.
